Book Stuff: Upcoming Reviews/Promo and a Giveaway?!

I've really been getting into book blogging within the last month as a way to give some exposure to some indie authors I've been excited to work with and get to know. Publishing at least one novel is a goal of mine, something I was working towards a few years ago before life had me putting my dreams on the back burner. To say I've been inspired by the women I have featured and have yet to feature is an understatement. Everyone who has approached me to talk about their book has been passionate about what they're doing, I smile every time I get a new email because I can see how excited they are about their work.

And they're doing it without a big publishing house backing them up. More than anything, I want to see these women succeed, so I'm going to do everything I can to help that happen.

This month  I covered All of You by Fabiola Francisco, you can find the link to my promo here and my review here, in case you wanted to see a blurb about it or know my thoughts on the book. It really was a great read, and there are more coming your way over the next several weeks.

Over the next month, here's what we're going to see:

Mrs. February by Karen Cimms
Hidden in a Small Town by Stacy Wray
Butterfly Trap by T.L. Fisher

At the beginning of June, I'm going to announce a giveaway on my Instagram. At least two of these four books will be featured, but I do intend to have four winners so there's a very high chance you'll win something! I will make an official giveaway post to tell you how to enter, so be watching for that!

I'm still trying to make my way through my horror novel list, but I've kind of had to set that to the side in favor of reading the books I need to review/the books I want to review. I've purchased a few books that I will be reviewing here, books I purchased for pleasure (or interlibrary loaned) that I just think you need to hear about.

Here are a few of the books I have on my plate for review:

To Kill a Kingdom by Alexandra Christo
And Her Smile Will Untether The Universe by Gwedolyn Kiste
Kill Creek by Scott Thomas

On an unrelated note: in the middle of all of that, I'm going to take the time to photograph my jewelry collection and do a few separate posts on the things I've purchased, since all of those come from small businesses and I think they all deserve to be seen. If you're a fan of jewelry or pretty things in general, stick around for that.
